Varieties and process

Variety

  • Castillo & Colombia: Chocolate base with red fruit and cherries; medium acidity and a long-lasting intensity.
  • Caturra & Castillo: Almond aroma with marked citrus like mandarin lime; silky, balanced body.
  • Pink Bourbon: Maple honey and white flowers, exotic fruit and chocolate; creamy body and long aftertaste.
